Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Also, clients that have been placed on our cancellation list miss the opportunity to receive services as well. As a result, we do require a credit card to hold an appointment and we will enforce our cancellation policy if a 24 hour notice isn’t given.
- If you fail to give at least a 24-hour notice, you will be responsible for 50% of the service total.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the service total.
As a courtesy, we call all of our appointments 24-48 hours in advance to confirm the date and time of your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, we always leave a voicemail, when possible, leaving the details of your appointment in the message. It is your responsibility to check your messages and remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments.
